Steps to get a Work permit

  1. Be in good academic standing and in regular contact with your teacher.

  2. Be offered a job- you must be hired to get a work permit.

  3. Call Ms. Weller and go over the work permit process.

  4. Print and fill out a work permit application.

  5. Sign Know Your Rights doc

  6. Sign your new work permit electronically.

  7. Start working!

A work permit is needed for any student under the age of 18. Once you turn 18 OR graduate from high school, a work permit is no longer needed.
